RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 days warranty on our products and can help you out if you have any issues with the product in terms of manufacturing defects. 

Please be sure to contact us as soon as you notice the issue. 

14 days after receipt of the item, we won't be able to honor your request.

If you need to send items back to us, please make sure to follow the following instructions:

“Return of order number xxxxxxxx”

(Please insert your order number which can be found on your Order Confirmation).

We will then reply your e-mail to follow up the return.

  • Please return the items fully in their original packaging to us; the purpose for this is to protect the jewelry from damage during transport on return.

  • You may choose any shipping provider you prefer, the direct shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by customer. 

  • Always make sure that the package you send can be tracked as we assume no liability for damage, loss and theft during transport.

  • We highly recommend that you duly insure the shipment so that you may claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit.

  • Please hold onto the shipping document for future reference.

  • After your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and, we will then process the refund.

  • Refunds are transferred to the payment account with which the purchase was made.

EXCHANGE

Product exchanges are not available since each item is one-of-a-kind.

If the purchased piece is damaged in transit,

please return the item and place a new order for the items you would purchase.
